Wesley Suites – Student Living
Thank you for your interest in our campus housing at 122 Waldron St above the new Wesley Student Center starting August 2026. There are spaces available for 34 students in 3 different suites for 12 month leases.

9 Person Suite (w/ 4 Bathrooms) - Individual bedrooms, shared small living room and bathroom with one or two other people, and shared kitchen and large living space ($875/month)

3 Person Suite (w/ 1 Bathroom) ($925/month)

4 Person Suite (w/ 2 Bathrooms) ($925/month)
Utilities are billed separately at a flat rate of $120/month per person.

Alternatively, if you have a lower budget, our Aldersgate Community House at 401 N. Salisbury St. (just three blocks from academic campus) can house 12 students in a variety of options of bedrooms. Scroll down for more information on Aldersgate Housing.

No matter the residence, each room comes with basic furniture (bed, dresser, desk, and chair). In addition, the common rooms come with furnishings of tables, chairs, couches, microwaves, and a stove/oven. There are community laundry facilities available on each floor.

The new Wesley living spaces are designed for students to live in an intentional community with one another. You do not need to subscribe to a specific religion or faith to live in the house, but all residents must agree to live in a covenant community that encourages positive interactions and activities in the house.

As construction progresses, we may be able to offer a limited number of tours. The apartment spaces will be accessible by elevator. Construction will be finished before July 31, 2026. Please let us know if you have any questions.
